“I am a small business owner with an office and a home office, so I have a small network at the office as well as similar needs at my home.

Upon coming to the office one day, I realized that our internet connection was not working and nothing I did could restore it. I do not consider myself PC illiterate, but after talking with Comcast for about an hour to no avail, I decided that it made more financial sense to call a professional in to take care of the job. Enter Jesse Edmunds Comuter Services.

I phoned Jesse and he made an onsite visit to our office the next day. Upon discusisng our issue, he insightfully tracked down the problem, which was actually a hub located in a closet in the next office. Prior to beginning his work, he gave me an estimate of the time required to diagnose and probably fix the issue, and the estimate was right on. Since we didn’t have a replacement, Jesse drove home, picked up a loaner for us from his home, and came back to install it. He left the loaner with us for about three weeks I think, at no cost! That’s SERVICE!

After restoring the internet, I decided to hire Jesse to help with some other IT projects I’d had in mind. Namely, to reconfigure our small network to include a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device, install and network a new PC, add more RAM to one PC, and get all our printers/scanner working on all machines. Although the latter has become a challenge due to 64-bit Vista’s incompatibility with many peripheral drivers, everything else was accomplished on time, and on budget.

Jesse was curteous, professional, and the jobs were done right. I was so satisfied, that the next time we had an issue, I called Jesse immediately, scheduled for 2 days later, and he was here again and fixed our issues again.

On this visit, I also asked him to diagnose a laptop that went “kaput” over a year ago, and without any problems he was able to figure out that it was not a lost cause, gave me an estimate of $150 to fix, and came in under that estimate at $112.50. The problem ended up being a hard drive corruption issue and all the programs, data, etc were completely saved and the laptop is working great.

I would highly reccommend Jesse Edmunds Computer Services for any small business or home IT repairs. He has proved himself to be knowledgeable, capable, and affordable. Thanks Jesse!”

Checking the far reaches of my computer after my hacker incident to see if there are any viruses lurking in the shadows? No.

My laptop was stricken with some kind of computery disease. I found Jesse on Yelp and gave him a call. He responded almost immediately and after a couple of emails I made the appointment.

He arrived right on time and after a bit of dialogue got right to work on the victim. Within a couple of hours (he quoted me 2 hours and was right on target!) he was done.

I knew going in what it would cost (approximately) his quote was right on. He does charge hourly – which is nice – because you know how much to expect and if it starts racking up – you can stop the process if it just isn’t worth it and buying a new computer makes more financial sense. Plus he gives a discount to yelpers! What a deal! He not only fixed the problem, I got a little discount and I have scheduled his services for another victim in our household.

He is courteous, efficient, reliable, and accurate in his assessment and fix of the problem.

Don’t hesitate to call him if you need a computer doctor!”
